The present rental is made under the ordinary and legal conditions in such matters and in particular those below, which the lessee undertakes to fulfil, on pain of all damages and even termination of the present rental agreement, if the agent sees fit, and without being able to claim a reduction in the rent.
A) Arrival times are normally from 4 p.m. to 8 p.m. on the day of arrival.
Departure times are normally from 8am to 10am on the day of departure.
B) It is agreed that if the tenant withdraws :
•more than 14 days before the start of the rental period, the deposit paid will be refunded
•after this date, the deposit will be retained and the balance will be due.
C) Obligation to occupy the premises personally, to live in them "as a good father of the family" and to maintain them. All the installations are in working order and any complaint concerning them arising more than 24 hours after you take possession of the premises will not be accepted. Any repairs made necessary by negligence or poor maintenance during the rental period will be the responsibility of the lessee. Obligation to ensure that the peace and quiet of the neighbourhood is not disturbed by the tenant or his/her guests.
D) Careful cleaning of the premises at the end of the rental period. An end-of-stay cleaning option is available at a fixed price indicated on your booking.
E) The premises are rented furnished with kitchen equipment, crockery, glassware, blankets and pillows, as shown in the attached description. If necessary, the owner or his representative shall be entitled to claim from the lessee on his departure, the cost of cleaning the rented premises, the total value at replacement cost of objects, furniture or equipment that are broken, cracked, chipped or damaged and those that show more than normal wear and tear for the duration of the rental period, the cost of cleaning blankets that have been left dirty, compensation for damage of any kind to curtains, wallpaper, ceilings, carpets, rugs, windows, bedding, etc…
F) The Lessor undertakes to insure the accommodation against rental risks on behalf of the Tenant, who is obliged to notify the Lessor within 24 hours of any damage to the accommodation, its outbuildings or accessories.
G) The lessor is not responsible for personal effects and valuables such as money, jewellery or any other valuables left by guests in the rooms.
H) A security deposit of €500 must be paid on arrival in cash or by bank transfer. It will be returned on the tenant's departure or, in the event of a dispute, no later than 1 month after the tenant's departure, after deduction of any damages.
I) The lessee may not object to visits to the premises when requested by the owner or his representative.
J) External visitors may only be admitted to the property with the express agreement of the lessor.
